The My Appointments screen is a facility in which patients can request an appointment without having call in to the office within the IMS’ urology patient portal. Patients can view their upcoming appointments with information including their doctor’s name, as well as the date and time of the visit. They can also cancel scheduled appointments, and view history of their previous appointments.
