The Current Medications input screen on IMS’ speech therapy patient portal helps patients to communicate the list of medications that they currently take. The system has options to add data on medications including over-the-counter medicines, vitamin supplements, herbal products and more. The system also features a section in which patients can add comments to explain their reasons for taking the medication and the dosage they are taking.
