The My Appointments screen in the IMS’ rheumatology patient portal allows patients to directly request appointments online, and easily access information on any upcoming appointments (including their doctor’s names and dates and times of appointments). Patients also have options to cancel appointments, in addition to viewing the history of past appointments.
