The IMS’ pulmonology patient portal contains a My Appointments screen where patients can request an appointment without having call in to the office. Patients can view upcoming appointments (including seeing the doctor’s name, as well as the date and time of the visit), cancel scheduled appointments, and view history of their past appointments.
