Patients are able to request appointments, view upcoming appointments and view information such as doctor’s name and the date and time the appointment is scheduled for within the My Appointments screen in IMS’ pediatric patient portal. Patients also have the facility to cancel scheduled appointments, and view history of their past appointments.
