From the My Appointments screen in IMS’ Healthcare Portal, patients can request an appointment, as well as view their upcoming appointments (including the doctor’s name and the date and time the visit is scheduled). Patients also have the option to cancel a scheduled appointment, in addition to viewing a history of their past office visits.
