IMS’ OB/GYN patient portal’s Current Medications input screen allows patients to enter all the medications they are currently taking. The information entered can include over-the-counter medicines, vitamin supplements, herbal products and more. The system also contains a comments section in which patients can add comments to explain their reasons for taking the medication and the dosages that they are taking.
