From the My Appointments screen in the IMS mental health patient portal, patients can request appointments, as well as view their upcoming appointments (including the name of the doctor that they will have the appointment with, as well as the date and time of the visit). Patients also have the option to cancel scheduled appointments, in addition to viewing the history of their past office visits.
