1st Providers Choice Attending New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society’s Medicare Update 2015 Seminar

1st Providers Choice is pleased to announce that members of our team will be attending the Medicare Update 2015 Seminar in Manalapan, New Jersey on December 10, 2014. The seminar is hosted by the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society (NJPMS), which strives “to advance and promote the art and science of podiatry.”

The goal of the seminar is to provide New Jersey podiatrists and their staff with recent information about Medicare updates that will directly affect their practices in 2015. There will also be an exhibit hall for vendors to showcase their podiatry-specific products and services. 1st Providers Choice will be in attendance speaking to providers about our industry-leading Podiatry EMR software and discussing the software’s latest advancements.

The seminar will also feature talks by HIPAA consulting and IT expert Raymond Posa, MBA, CEO of The Manta Group. Posa’s focus will be on understanding the elements of an effective HIPAA compliance plan, in addition to state-of-the-art technology for compliance. Posa will also present on updated CMS and HIPAA polices to help prepare podiatrists for random audits from ONC HIPAA investigators beginning in 2015, as well as the continuing CMS desk audits.

Another of the seminar’s highlights will be Bradley Bakotic’s presentations on interesting case studies in podiatric medicine and podiatric dermatology. Bakotic is the CEO of Bako Integrated Physician Solutions, which integrates seamlessly with 1st Providers Choice’s Podiatry EMR software.
